What is Verso Finance
Through an integrated network of digital wallets, banking relationships, e-commerce platforms, and local marketplace dapps, it enables businesses to easily scale their financial products.
Problems Verso Solves
Financial product integration is costly and time-consuming. Financial service providers must integrate with thousands of partners (including E-Wallets, Trading Platforms, and Digital Banks), and existing solutions do not include a testbed option. Similarly, these wallet partners necessitate independent integration with thousands of products. Many financial service providers are looking for novel ways to scale and cost-effectively deploy their products.
Verso Solutions
Verso is a decentralized platform for financial product distribution that connects financial institutions with crypto and fiat audiences. Proprietary smart contracts for various financial product categories eliminate the need for bilateral agreements between product providers and third parties such as banks, digital wallets, or trading platforms. Verso is a one-of-a-kind platform that connects diverse distribution channels in crypto and traditional finance. It is a single point of contact for product providers to reach new customers at the lowest possible cost.
Verso for TradFi
Verso enables insurers, loan providers, and others to easily distribute their financial products to the global crypto community. This includes reaching out to specific consumer groups, facilitating crypto-to-fiat payments, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Verso for DeFi
Verso enables the self-service scaling of DeFi products to non-crypto natives. It is now simple to integrate DeFi products into the user journeys of banks, digital wallets, and trading platforms thanks to a network of TradFi partners. Verso ensures compatibility, consumer protection, and seamless settlement between FIAT currencies and crypto, while these partners benefit from new revenue streams and increased user engagement.
Ecosystem Overview
At a high level, the Verso Ecosystem can be divided into four components
Providers of Financial Products or Services
These include both traditional financial service providers and DeFi service providers. These product providers use one of Verso's product-specific smart contracts to integrate their products into Verso. This includes criteria for product distribution, pricing schemes, and so on.
Compliance Validators
Compliance validators are essential in determining a product's legal legitimacy. Compliance verifiers are compensated for each product sold via the Verso Network. In exchange, they must meet certain eligibility requirements and provide a reputation stake of one million VSOs.
Product Validators
Before a new product is released to the public, product validators test it for functionality and other factors. Product validators play an important role in ensuring consumer protection and are compensated with a percentage of every product sold through the Verso Network. A user must stake 10,000 VSOs and go through an onboarding process to become a product verifier. Each verified product necessitates additional staking.
Wallet Partners
Verso is constantly expanding its distribution channels, which connect to traditional finance and DeFi. Its current focus is on banks, digital wallets (FIAT), and trading platforms, with additional channels in the works. Each channel meets specific requirements, allowing all parties involved to seamlessly integrate Verso products into their user journey. A set of filters assists them in displaying the most relevant product to each of their users.
What is VSO Token?
