How to buy Spume Token?
What is Spume Protocol?
Spume is a holder-owned, community-governed NFT marketplace. Facilitates the tokenization of non-fungible physical and digital assets and eliminates brokers, banks, and other centralized authorities from the equation
Individual transactions and property are being unfairly taxed. Our Spume vision is the complete removal of all intermediaries that prey. On individuals when trading digital and physical goods. This covers a wide range of markets, from artwork to real estate Spume's marketplace will allow tokenization and trading. Every penny earned. Spume's marketplace revenue is returned directly to SPUME. Holders of tokens The marketplace and all development decisions are SPUME Token holders now controlled the company through a governance system unlike any other. Anything was previously seen.
The Spume Protocol is an end-to-end transactional layer that supports the Ethereum blockchain's non-fungible token payment infrastructure for both physical and digital assets. Anyone may create branded and unique NFT stores with on-chain payment processors using the Spume Protocol, and they can tokenize both real and digital assets. These may include, but are not restricted to, luxury items, real estate, intellectual property and
What is Spume Token?
The Spume Token (SPUME) is an ERC20 token with a total supply of 100 million and a decimal point of 18 decimal places. With the addition of their snapshot class, the token is an implementation of Open Zeppelin's standard ERC20 token. Including the snapshot class allows us to take snapshots of the current Spume holders at any time. Snapshot data is stored on the blockchain and is accessible to anyone. Snapshots can only be taken by accounts we authorize, and they will be used for voting purposes with the Spume DAO and possibly to pay out rewards with the NFT Marketplace later on. Anyone who owns SPUME is a DAO shareholder (more on this in later sections).
The tokenomics of Spume were handcrafted by industry and blockchain experts.
Our tokenomics are built around our project's key objectives, with our community as the primary focus. Spume's tokenomics are built around token utility, price stability, and community security.
There are 100,000,000.00 (100 Million) Spume Tokens in total. This figure makes our market capitalization easier to interpret and achieve. It should be noted that, in contrast to typical vesting structures in which tokens are rendered useless, the Team Tokens will be locked in a contract staked to Spume's marketplace sharing contract, vesting linearly over two years. This allows the team to be continually funded before the DAO is complete, but equips our token holders with security knowing the team tokens are still vested.

The Spume DAO
Members & Token Holders:
Within the DAO, there are two types of people: members and token holders. Members are DAO employees who are paid from the DAO Treasury, which is funded by the DAO's dividends. Token holders are individuals who do not work for the DAO but own a number of Spume. Individuals can be both DAO members and token holders, it should be noted.
Treasury and Dividends:
Everyone who owns Spume tokens is a DAO token holder and thus has the right to vote on proposals. Every token holder has one vote on each vote. Their vote will not be weighted based on the number of SPUME tokens they own. Instead, we are introducing a novel voting system that we believe will benefit the community far more.
More information is available in our technical paper.
The DAO is paid dividends in the same way that token holders are paid dividends from the 2.5% Marketplace fee. The DAO is entitled to 31.3% of the Marketplace's 2.5% fee because it owns 30% of all SPUME tokens.
Instead of being paid to an individual wallet, these dividends are paid to the DAO Treasury smart contract, which then pays dividends to individual DAO members. This is how participants in the DAO will be compensated.
